There are people whom you unconditionally feel “kind of like” the moment you meet them. If you talk to such people often, you will notice a strange overlap.

I was born in a hospital near my mother’s family.
The person I spoke with was also born in the same hospital, but it is very different from where I grew up.

I moved a lot as a child, though, due to my parents’ transfers and such,The person I was talking to had also lived in the same place, just at slightly different times.

We had similar interests…or maybe our parents had similar ideas…or maybe we learned very similar lessons. Moreover, we had attended the same classes at different times.
